Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During new launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier's schedule. Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. The Bluebonnet House Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
